Amanda Scribante

Amanda Scribante is Managing Director at BW Elara, responsible for operational delivery, cross-functional integration, and enterprise governance across the business.

Mrs Scribante brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience across complex infrastructure, construction, water, and energy projects in multiple jurisdictions worldwide. Before being appointed to her current role, she served as Global Legal Counsel at BW Water and was a member of the global leadership team, overseeing the company's legal, contractual, commercial and governance functions.  

Prior to joining BW, she held senior positions at Fletcher Building, Norton Rose Fulbright and Baker McKenzie, advising on major infrastructure projects and strategic transactions across Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe.

Mrs Scribante holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Laws (with Distinction) from the University of Edinburgh.
