Anders S. Platou

Anders S. Platou is the Chief Strategy Officer of BW Offshore.

Mr Platou is Chairman of the Board of Directors of BW Ideol. Prior to joining BW Offshore in 2018 as the Head of Corporate Finance and Strategy, he was the Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at DNB. During his 17-year tenure at DNB, Mr Platou held several senior corporate and investment banking roles, leading financing transactions across the shipping, offshore and logistics sectors, based in Norway, Singapore, and the US.

Mr Platou holds a B.A with Majors in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University.
