Nicola Pasetto

Nicola Pasetto is the Commercial Leader at BW Elara, responsible for global business development and driving revenue growth.

Mr Pasetto previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Growth at BW Water, leading the company’s global sales, marketing, and corporate initiatives. Prior to joining BW Water, Mr Pasetto was Director of Business Development at Veolia North America. He has also held several commercial and leadership roles at SUEZ – Water Technologies & Solutions, Ecolutia Services and General Electric.

With extensive international experience in the water sector, Mr Pasetto has led strategic growth initiatives, infrastructure projects and partnerships. His expertise in project financing, operational excellence and consultative sales has consistently driven sustainable business growth.

Mr Pasetto holds a degree in business studies from the University of Verona, Italy.
